This is for businesses looking for scalable growth, the advanced automation capability will save you an enormous amount of time while delivering consistent results, making your marketing and sales process scalable at all stages.

The Business Plan caters to companies aiming to accelerate their growth by identifying and focusing on the aspects of their marketing and sales avenue that is giving them the highest ROI through comprehensive tools such as reporting and analytics, link tracking to identify popular content, and customer feedback surveys. Additionally, it is designed for businesses seeking an integrated marketing and sales solution, encompassing SEO-friendly blogging, affiliate manger program, membership and course builder, and the ability to seamlessly integrate automation with third-party systems like Google Sheets.

Yes! You can cancel anytime.

Are there additional fees?

The monthly subscription covers your access to the platform and allows for you to have all in one marketing and sales capabilities. The only other fee that may be charged is for usage of SMS & Email. However, these charges are minimal just $20 dollars will give you about 10,000 emails or 1,000 text messages. Unless you are running extremely large marketing campaigns that much is sufficient for most small businesses.

We also provide you with complimentary credits to get your started.

How much is calling, texting and emailing?

If you want to do your call, texting and marketing email inside our all in one integrated system, it cost $0.042 per minute of outbound call, $0.0237 per SMS segment and $0.002 per email.

$20 dollars will give you about 10,000 emails or 1,000 text messages.

What is included in the setup and onboarding?

A technical set up call will cover the configuration setup to connect your account to your social media accounts and ensure call, SMS, email are working.

As part of your onboarding, there will be an hour long training session to guide you on the features and workflows.

Do you offer support?

YES! We provide you with help docs, video how to tutorials, step-by-step guides, interactive user guides, and even Live Chat tech support. If that's not enough, we also offer on-demand Zoom support. You will have all the help you need to be fully successful!

Do I get training?

We want to make sure you are set up for success, so help you get set up and train you on how to use TrueEdge CRM on a day to day basis.

If you are on the Starter Plan, you have access to our self help library of help docs, video how to tutorials, step-by-step guides, interactive user guides, and Live Chat tech support.

If you are on our Professional and Business Plan, in addition to the above help, you'll also be be greeted with a hour long training session and technical set up call as part of your onboarding. You'll experience a white-glove onboarding experience to get you ready to grow your business.

What if I want my own automation workflow?

The sky is the limit when it comes to automation inside our True Edge CRM! You can create your own automation on the Professional and Business Plan. If you want to save time and outsource the implementation, you can engage us on a project basis to setup the workflow for you.
